About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Offshore Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of selling services to US and international clients. This role requires someone who can independently prospect, qualify leads, and book meetings with decision-makers in competitive B2B service markets. You'll be working remotely in an offshore capacity, representing NyxaLabs to potential clients across different time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to US, UK, and international service buyers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target companies seeking service-based solutions
  • Articulate NyxaLabs' service offerings clearly and compellingly to C-level executives and department heads
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team
  • Manage full sales cycle for smaller accounts and service packages independently
  • Research industries, companies, and key stakeholders to personalize outreach effectively
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to reach budget holders and influencers
  • Handle objections professionally and position NyxaLabs against competing service providers
  • Maintain detailed activity logs and pipeline updates in CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline contribution
  • Work effectively across US/UK business hours (flexibility with time zones required)
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback on prospect pain points and competitive landscape
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects through consistent, value-driven follow-up

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in offshore sales or SDR roles selling B2B services (not products)
  • Demonstrated success selling to US/UK clients from an offshore location
  • Portfolio or track record showing closed deals, meeting quotas, and revenue contribution
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with neutral accent
  • Strong understanding of B2B service sales cycles and consultative selling approaches
  • Experience navigating enterprise organizations and multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales tools
  • Comfortable working in US/UK time zones (evening/night shifts as needed)
  • Resilient personality with ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
  • Strong research skills to identify ideal prospects and personalize outreach
  • Proven experience booking meetings with Director-level and above decision-makers
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced prospecting
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Apollo.io, SalesLoft)
  • Knowledge of service industry verticals (technology, marketing, consulting, etc.)
  • Understanding of value-based selling and ROI-focused conversations
  • Previous experience in agencies, consultancies, or service companies
  • Certification in sales methodologies (Sandler, Challenger, SPIN Selling)
