For founders tired of project handoffs
Stop renting projects.
Start owning a team.
Products are not projects. They do not end at launch, and neither should the team behind them. NyxaLabs gives you a senior product team that works only on your product, learns your users, and gets faster every quarter instead of starting over every contract.
One team: product lead, designer, engineers, QA
Yours for quarters, not deliverables
Running in two weeks, not eighteen months

The problem
The project model
was built for the vendor.
Here is the cycle most founders know by heart. You brief an agency. They estimate. You negotiate. They build. They launch. They leave. Three months later you need changes, and the people who understood your product are on someone else's project.
So you brief again. New discovery phase. New estimates. New engineers reading old code and asking why decisions were made. You pay for the same context twice, then three times, then you stop counting.
Meanwhile your product needs the opposite of all this. It needs the same people, watching the same metrics, week after week, making a hundred small decisions that only make sense if you have seen the last hundred.
Continuity is not a nice to have in product work. It is where the compounding happens. The project model sells it off at the end of every contract.

Our approach
One team.
Every role your product needs.
This is the unit we deploy. Small on purpose, senior on purpose, and stable on purpose.
Product Lead
Turns your business goals into a roadmap and answers for it. Runs the weekly cadence, kills low-value work before it costs you money, and tells you the truth when a favorite feature is not earning its place.
Product Designer
Designs the product people actually use, not the deck version. Works a sprint ahead of engineering so nothing ships ugly and nothing waits on mockups.
Senior Engineers
Two to four, matched to your stack. They write the code, own the quality bar and carry the context that makes month six faster than month one.
QA and Release
Every release tested like a customer would use it. Boring launches are a feature.
Engineering Leadership
A NyxaLabs lead reviews architecture, unblocks the team and reports to you in business terms. You get outcomes and options, not standup minutes.
The operating rhythm
- →
Weekly: shipped software in production, not status updates. A short written summary of what moved and what we learned.
- →
Monthly: metrics review against the goals you set. If a feature did not move a number, we say so and change course.
- →
Quarterly: roadmap reset with you at the table. Team size adjusted to the plan, up or down, without drama.
Business outcomes
What compounding context
buys you.
Velocity that rises instead of resetting
Month six is faster than month one because nobody is relearning the codebase. In the project model, month six is a new team's month one.
A roadmap driven by evidence
The team that ships the feature also watches what users do with it. Decisions get made from your data, not from a workshop six months stale.
One accountable partner
No design agency blaming the dev shop blaming the QA vendor. One team, one invoice, one throat to choke, as your board would put it.
Founder time back on the business
You stop being the project manager between vendors. The hours go back into customers, fundraising and the decisions only you can make.
Why NyxaLabs
We keep teams together.
That is the whole trick.
Most firms staff projects from a bench, so your team is whoever was free that month. We do the opposite: teams stay together across engagements because a team that has shipped together is worth more than the sum of its resumes.
It shows in the numbers we actually care about: 98% client retention, engagements measured in years, and products that went from first commit to funded company with the same people in the room.
And because everything lives in your accounts from day one, the door is always open. Clients stay because the team keeps earning it, not because leaving is painful.

Founder insights
Most founders do not fail because they have bad products.
They fail because they become product managers, recruiters, marketers, support leaders and sales leaders at the same time.
Your job is to build the future of your business. Ours is to help you scale it.
NyxaLabs, from the field
The founder journey
Wherever you are today,
this is the whole road.
Most vendors solve one stage and disappear. We build for the stage you are in, then stay for the ones ahead. The team that ships your product is the same firm that runs your growth and your customer operations when you get there.

Think two steps ahead
A product team is the engine.
Engines need fuel and a road.
Shipping is only a third of the business. The other two thirds decide whether the shipping was worth it.
A note on fit
We do not work
with everyone.
Every team we field is senior and every engagement gets leadership attention. That only works if we stay selective, so we are honest about fit before either side spends a week finding out.
We work best with ambitious founders building businesses for the next decade.
Quality over quantity.
We are probably not the right fit if
- ✕ You are looking for the cheapest quote
- ✕ You are comparing hourly rates
- ✕ You are looking for freelancers
- ✕ You want a one time project and a handshake
- ✕ You are unwilling to invest in growth
Why founders stay with us
They don't.
At least not all of them.
Some founders use us to validate an idea. Some use us to build their first product. Some stay for years.
What matters to us is not how long you stay. It is whether we helped you build something worth staying for.
The best partnerships usually start with one problem and end with years of solving them together.
What happens next
You reach out.
Then this happens.
No mystery, no maybe-we-will-call-you. This is the exact sequence every engagement follows, and you can hold us to it.
One partner throughout the journey
No handoffs between vendors. No re-explaining your business every quarter. The context we build in week one is still working for you in year three.

FAQ
Asked by founders,
answered plainly.
What is a dedicated product team?
A dedicated product team is a stable group of senior people, typically a product lead, designer, two to four engineers and QA, who work only on your product for months or years. Unlike project agencies, the team does not dissolve at launch. It compounds context sprint after sprint, like an in-house team without the eighteen months of hiring.
How is a dedicated team different from hiring an agency?
Agencies are built around projects: scope in, deliverable out, team dissolved. Dedicated teams are built around your product: the same people, learning your users and your business, quarter after quarter. The practical difference shows up in month three, when your team already knows why every decision was made and an agency would be starting a new discovery phase.
How big is a typical NyxaLabs product team?
Most startups run well with four to six people: a product lead, a designer, two or three engineers and shared QA. We deliberately start on the small side. A small senior team out-ships a large mixed one, and growing a team is far easier than shrinking one.
How much does a dedicated product team cost?
Typically between $10,000 and $25,000 or more per month depending on team size, which is 40 to 60 percent below equivalent in-house cost once salaries, benefits, recruiting and management overhead are counted. You also skip the six to twelve months it takes to assemble that team yourself.
Who directs the work, you or us?
You own the direction, we own the delivery. You decide what matters and why. The team turns that into a roadmap, ships weekly and shows you working software, metrics and honest tradeoffs. You will never be asked to write tickets or chase invoices across three vendors.
What happens if we build an in-house team later?
We hand over gradually and help you hire. Because everything lives in your repositories and every decision is documented, your in-house hires inherit a working system rather than a mystery. Many clients run a hybrid model permanently: an in-house core with our team wrapped around it.
Is a dedicated product team a project or a partnership?
A partnership. Projects end at a handoff. A dedicated team compounds: the people who shipped version one carry the context into version two, into growth work, and into operations as you scale. That is why our client retention sits at 98 percent, and why founders keep the same team for years.
